1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is in its original, unused condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories and components included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Email info@synthesishub.shop with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship to the address we provide
  • Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Do not return items without first receiving authorisation from our team.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Email info@synthesishub.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@synthesishub.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error or defective product — we cover return shipping
  • Change of mind or wrong item ordered — customer covers return shipping

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us at info@synthesishub.shop before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
